8-year NFL veteran. Creator of the Oautica Wave brand. A mentor whose focus is youth development, leadership, and hands-on community service. Robert channels the same energy behind the label into outreach, clothing drives, school-supply drives, and quiet work with kids who need it most.
Professional overseas basketball player, NBA and CBA experience, committed to education, outreach, and empowering the next generation. Dr. Larosa helps shape the foundation's programs and long-term direction, bringing an educator's discipline to the work.


A 10-year NFL and CFL linebacker turned television actor. On screen he holds rooms; off screen he holds mentorship sessions with kids, veterans, and anyone who needs a word. A graduate of Bethune-Cookman University with degrees in Criminal Justice, Sociology, and Psychology, and a minor in Kinesiology, sports medicine.
